![]() ![]() With The Protector Trials, 2K Games has certainly delivered for players who are up for a true challenge. ![]() ![]() Thoughts of protecting my Little Sisters so they can gather their precious ADAM are still racing around in my mind. Just remembering fighting over hordes and swarms of Splicers creates such a warm feeling inside. So what does everyone think? I personally cannot be more excited for this DLC - I have been craving more of a challenge ever since I finished the single-player campaign. The studio is set to reveal the game next week, which is currently known as "Project Icarus." On an exciting side note, Ken Levine, the creator of Bioshock has just teased a reveal for Irrational Games' next title. The Protector Trials also includes three new difficulty levels, seven Achievements/Trophies, never-before-seen concept art and videos to unlock, as well as six maps based on locations in the main game. I'm sure to some players, this may seem like such an easy task, but that way of thinking will be your downfall in this DLC. The Protector Trials will have players defending Little Sisters from swarms of Splicers as they gather ADAM from corpses in a variety of different challenge rooms. You return as a Big Daddy, though not the original Big Daddy from Bioshock 2's main campaign, brought back by Rapture's Dr. While there is a story within The Protector Trials, it's not told in a regular narrative form. Titled The Protector Trials, this third add-on for Bioshock 2 completely focuses on single-player content. All of you Bioshock 2 fans out there will be pleased to know that 2K Games has released new single-player DLC for the game. ![]()
